Holistic life coaching provides a supportive environment to explore all aspects of your being; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and how each area impacts and connects to the other. In our coaching sessions we look at all aspects of who you are and how you experience life.
We are more than just the individual part of ourselves and each aspect of our life impacts upon the other. By taking a holistic view we can work towards balance and harmony across all aspects of your life.
How and where will coaching take place?
I do most of my coaching via zoom, so it doesn't matter where you live or are located when we undertake our sessions together.
Do I need to know what I want to get coaching for?
Sometimes we know what things we want to change or work through when we come to coaching, other times things are not so clear. But always there is a clear desire for something to be different.
Whether you are initially clear about what you want or not we will spend time working on what you want for your life before moving forward.
Is coaching different from counselling?
Yes, counselling is a specialised field working specifically with someones emotional state and requires relevant training.
Coaching focuses more on supportive skills development where the aim is to set goals and take actions to achieve them.
However, because I also have a background that includes counselling I am able to bring these skills into our coaching relationship.
